Castle Rock Indoor Winter Lacrosse Training

9 Weeks. Elite Training. One Goal: Dominate.

The offseason is where great players separate themselves from the competition. Grindhouse Lacrosse is bringing nine weeks of high-intensity indoor training to Castle Rock, designed to help players elevate their skills, sharpen their lacrosse IQ, and prepare to dominate the spring season.

Led by former Division I player and veteran coach Ryan Broderick, our clinics emphasize purposeful repetitions, advanced stickwork, position-specific development, shooting, dodging, and game-speed execution. Whether building a strong foundation or preparing for varsity competition, every player will be challenged to improve.
