MEET YOUR COACH
RYAN BRODERICKÂ
The founder and lead instructor of Grindhouse Lacrosse. A former NCAA Division I player at Bellarmine University, Ryan brings over 26 years of lacrosse experience and a proven track record in developing athletes. He previously served as Director of Player Development for True Lacrosse Indiana and as Head Coach at Center Grove High School.
At Grindhouse Lacrosse, Ryan trains athletes across all positions—offense, defense, midfield, and goalie—developing complete players who understand every facet of the game. His coaching focuses on position‑specific mechanics, speed, footwork, and game‑speed decision making, ensuring that each athlete builds the versatility and confidence needed to excel.
Through his “Built Different” philosophy, Ryan emphasizes hard work, accountability, and mental toughness, creating a culture that pushes players to reach their full potential. Many of the athletes he’s trained have gone on to earn college scholarships, a testament to his commitment to developing talent that performs when it matters most.
